Pippa Neve has a teacher training diploma in Guided Meditation (Dip.GM) and in running Self Empowerment Workshops (Dip.SDT).

Each meditation takes you on a wonderful healing journey of self-discovery and enlightenment; helping you to re-energise, cleanse, and relax in mind, body and spirit. Helping you to feel more connected, grounded and centred in your physical body at the end of a session.

The courses vary in length from half day workshops to short evening classes. Come along and leave the hustle and bustle of life behind you for a short while.
All meditations have been written by Pippa, some take you on a journey such as a walk in nature and others go within the body to release pain and tensions, working with your guides and angels as well as cleansing your chakras. All the groups are small and friendly, creating a wonderful energy in which to meditate.
